Aayush Sharma, the brother-in-law of Bollywood superstar Salman Khan, recently shed light on his decision to part ways with Salman Khan’s production company. Aayush, who is married to Salman’s younger sister Arpita Khan, has often been questioned about his association with the renowned actor. In a recent interview with Bollywood Hungama, Aayush addressed the reasons behind his departure from Salman Khan Films.

Contrary to speculation, Aayush clarified that there was no fallout between him and Salman. He emphasized that the production company was like his own house and explained, “No actor works with only one production house. Honestly, it is very funny, but my choices have been in a lot of discussions. There are many actors who have worked in their comfort zone, worked with a particular production house, then went out, then went back to the same production house. I wanted to step out, my intention is to go out there.”

Aayush further elaborated on his decision, stating that he didn’t want to solely rely on his family’s production company as it would hinder his growth. He expressed, “I cannot keep working only in the family, in a closed set-up, because then my growth would also be stunted. It was a conscious decision to move out of the family for some time to work outside. It was important for me to grow, learn myself, evolve and be worthy enough to be called back.”

Exploring Opportunities Outside the Family Setup

Aayush Sharma made his Bollywood debut with the film “Loveyatri,” which was produced by Salman Khan Films and starred Warina Hussain. He later appeared in Salman’s action-drama “Antim: The Final Truth,” directed by Mahesh Manjrekar. The movie showcased a face-off between Aayush and Salman and featured other talented actors such as Mahima Makwana, Mahesh Manjrekar, Jisshu Sengupta, Sachin Khedekar, Nikitin Dheer, and Chhaaya Kadam in significant roles.

Aayush comes from a political background, with his father being BJP politician Anil Sharma and his grandfather being veteran Congress leader Pandit Sukh Ram.
