In this chapter, Luwen took responsibility for secretary Jane’s mistake. This greatly surprised everyone in the secretarial department. Luwen explained that it was because he was a senior employee and devoted to the company. This made everyone very touched. The entire secretarial department united to help Luwen fix the mistake. However, the director didn’t believe these were Luwen’s only reasons for taking responsibility. The director thought Luwen had feelings for Jane, which was why he acted this way. Huey Hillburn, the director, failed to realize that the reason Luwen took responsibility was because of him.
